Job Summary

• We are looking for a strategic and data-driven SaaS SEO Specialist to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing our organic visibility and driving high-intent traffic to our platform.
• You won’t just be "ranking keywords"; you will be mapping the customer journey from the initial problem-solving search to the final product conversion.
• The ideal candidate understands that SaaS SEO requires a unique blend of technical precision, product-led content strategy, and aggressive authority building.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Keyword Strategy & Lifecycle Mapping: Identify and map high-value search terms across the funnel. You will create comprehensive keyword plans focusing on product-led queries, "Alternative to" pages, and problem-solving content.
• Technical SEO Management: Conduct regular site audits to ensure peak performance. This includes optimizing site architecture, improving Core Web Vitals (page speed), and managing robots.txt and XML sitemaps.
• On-Page & UX Optimization: Direct the optimization of meta tags, headers, and internal linking. You’ll specifically focus on enhancing the usability and conversion rate of product pages and blog content.
• Link Building & Digital PR: Develop and execute high-quality backlink strategies to boost Domain Rating (DR) and maintain a competitive edge in a crowded SaaS landscape.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor organic health using a suite of analytics tools. You will track keyword SERP movements and correlate organic traffic to actual trial sign-ups or demo requests.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Product Marketing, Content, and Engineering to ensure our SEO roadmap is integrated into the broader product vision.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in interpreting complex data sets and KPIs via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to make informed strategic pivots.
• Technical Literacy: A solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and how CMS platforms (like WordPress or Webflow) handle SEO configurations.
• SaaS Content Strategy: The ability to craft content briefs that satisfy both the Google bot and a human decision-maker looking for a software solution.
• Adaptability: A proactive learner who stays ahead of search engine algorithm updates and the evolving landscape of AI-driven search (SGE).
• Full-Stack SEO Knowledge: Deep expertise across all three pillars: On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
