Description

• We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented SaaS BPO Data Broker to manage our data supply chain and drive data-driven business relationships.
• In this role, you will act as a critical intermediary, responsible for sourcing, verifying, and distributing high-volume datasets that power our BPO operations and client solutions.
• You won’t just be "handling files"; you will be managing data as a high-value asset, ensuring it is monetized effectively while remaining strictly compliant with global regulations.
• The ideal candidate understands that data brokerage in a SaaS environment requires a unique blend of sharp negotiation skills, technical database proficiency, and an uncompromising commitment to data integrity.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Data Sourcing & Aggregation: Lead the collection, cleaning, and verification of large-scale datasets from both internal SaaS platforms and external third-party sources to ensure maximum accuracy.
• Data Brokerage & Monetization: Strategically manage the buying, selling, and distribution of datasets to clients, including marketers and researchers, to maximize the value of our data assets.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Build and maintain relationships with global data suppliers, negotiating acquisition contracts and ensuring high-quality data feeds.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Act as the frontline for data privacy, ensuring all sourcing and brokerage activities strictly adhere to GDPR, CCPA, and other evolving regulatory standards.
• Systems Integration: Oversee the technical integration of third-party data feeds into our internal SaaS infrastructure and CRMs to ensure seamless data flow for BPO operations.
• Liaison & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between external data brokers and internal product teams to align data strategy with business goals.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Analytical Mastery: Expert ability to validate data quality, interpret complex datasets, and identify market trends within the BPO and SaaS sectors.
• Compliance & Privacy Expertise: Deep understanding of data security protocols, international privacy laws, and the ethical implications of data brokerage.
• Negotiation & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to navigate vendor negotiations and clearly communicate data-driven insights to executive stakeholders.
• Technical Database Proficiency: High familiarity with CRM systems, structured database management, and the technical logic of data warehouses.
• Precision & Detail: An obsession with data integrity and accuracy to prevent the distribution of "dirty data" or non-compliant information.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
