Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic SaaS BPO & KPO Data Broker to manage our end-to-end data ecosystem.
• In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and monetizing high-value datasets that drive both Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) initiatives.
• You won’t just be "handling data"; you will be facilitating data-driven business relationships and ensuring that our intellectual capital is accurate, compliant, and profitable.
• The ideal candidate understands that in a KPO environment, data quality and niche industry insights are as critical as technical integration and regulatory compliance.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Data Sourcing & Aggregation: Lead the collection, rigorous cleaning, and verification of complex datasets from internal platforms and external providers to ensure high-fidelity inputs for BPO and KPO workflows.
• Data Brokerage & Monetization: Identify opportunities to buy, sell, or distribute strategic datasets to clients, ensuring our data assets are positioned competitively for marketers and researchers.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Manage the lifecycle of relationships with data suppliers, including the negotiation of acquisition contracts and the auditing of third-party data quality.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Oversee all data handling to ensure strict adherence to global privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, maintaining the highest standards of data security.
• Systems Integration: Work with technical teams to integrate external data feeds into our company’s SaaS platforms and CRMs to facilitate seamless, real-time data access.
• Relationship Management & Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between external data brokers and internal departments to align data acquisition with the specific needs of our BPO and KPO services.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Analytical & Trend Interpretation: Exceptional ability to validate data quality and identify actionable trends within large, high-volume data environments.
• Privacy & Governance Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of international data security standards, compliance frameworks, and regulatory environments.
• Strategic Negotiation: Proven interpersonal and communication skills for negotiating high-stakes contracts with vendors and presenting data value to clients.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM systems, database management, and the use of data visualization tools to communicate complex information.
• Attention to Detail: An uncompromising focus on data integrity and accuracy, ensuring all datasets are reliable and compliant before distribution.
• Niche Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with specialized sectors such as Fintech, Insurance, Healthcare, or traditional SaaS platforms to provide high-level KPO support.
