Job Summary 

• We are seeking a highly organised and professional Secretary to support the daily operations of a busy furniture company specialising in kitchens, wardrobes, bespoke furniture, and interior fittings.
• The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits for management and sales teams.
• Maintain office files, quotations, invoices, and customer records accurately.
• Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
• Coordinate with suppliers, installers, designers, and clients regarding ongoing projects.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer payments.
• Assist with showroom administration and daily office operations.
• Manage staff attendance records and internal communications.
• Handle basic social media or online customer enquiries when required.
• Ensure the office environment remains organised and efficient.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or Office Administrator preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Professional appearance and customer service skills.
• Experience in a furniture, kitchen, wardrobe, or interior company is an advantage.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 per month.
