Job Title: Hospital Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a hospital manager located around the Ososami Area of Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. The hospital manager will oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring quality care delivery and operational efficiency.
• Key responsibilities include managing hospital facilities, leading staff, implementing policies, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• The role also requires fostering a patient-centred environment and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field.
• Experience required: 2-4 years of experience
• Strong expertise in practice management and hospital management
• Customer service skills with a commitment to ensuring high patient satisfaction
• Experience in budgeting to manage financial resources effectively
• Exceptional communication skills for interaction with staff, patients, and stakeholders
• Proven leadership and organisational abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations.

Renumeration Pay
N170,000 - N200,000 monthly.
