We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: OTA Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Responsible for managing online booking platforms and maximizing room sales through OTA channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, etc.
• Update room rates, availability, promotions, and inventory.
• Monitor booking performance and occupancy trends.
• Handle guest reviews and maintain online reputation.
• Coordinate with front office and reservation teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Optimize listings, descriptions, and online visibility.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.

Requirements

• Previous OTA or hotel reservation experience preferred.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Familiar with Booking.com, Expedia, and similar platforms.
• Ability to analyze sales data and reports.
