Ardova Plc is a Nigerian leading indigenous and integrated energy company involved in the distribution of petroleum products. With an extensive network of over 450 retail outlets in Nigeria and significant storage facilities in Apapa, Lagos and Onne, Rivers State, we procure and distribute petrol (PMS), diesel (AGO), kerosene (DPK) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Our services also involve the manufacturing and distribution of a wide range of quality lubricants from our oil blending plant in Apapa, Lagos. These lubricants include: Super V, Visco 2000 and Diesel Motor Oil. We are also the sole authorised distributor of Shell branded Helix Engine Oils in Nigeria.

Job Title: Senior Facility Management Analyst
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
The Senior Facility Management Analyst is responsible for supporting strategic planning, operational efficiency, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of facility management operations across Ardova Plc’s business locations and assets.
The role ensures effective management of facilities, utilities, maintenance systems, vendors, and workplace infrastructure to achieve optimal asset performance, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, safety, and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the company’s facilities and operational sites, ensuring the availability, reliability, and functionality of all critical support systems for uninterrupted business operations.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise facility installations, refurbishments, and infrastructure improvement projects, including HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical and power systems, and other building services.
Monitor and ensure the effective upkeep, functionality, and maintenance of facilities equipment, utilities, and operational assets in line with company standards and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues to minimize operational downtime and business disruptions.
Conduct routine inspections and condition assessments of buildings, infrastructure, and operational facilities to identify maintenance requirements, repair needs, and renovation opportunities.
Review utility consumption trends and operational performance data, and recommend cost optimization, energy efficiency, and sustainability improvement initiatives.
Supervise and coordinate facility personnel, technicians, custodial staff, groundskeepers, and third-party service providers to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence.
Monitor contractor and vendor activities to ensure compliance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs), contractual obligations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Coordinate vendor performance evaluations through job completion assessments, service reviews, and contractor performance monitoring processes.
Maintain accurate financial and non-financial records relating to facilities operations, maintenance activities, service contracts, asset registers, and vendor performance.
Support budgeting, cost tracking, operational analysis, forecasting, and preparation of facility management reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management review.
Manage and monitor facility service contracts, maintenance agreements, to ensure compliance and operational continuity.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards.
Coordinate periodic technical and operational training programs for facility management personnel to enhance competency, compliance, and service delivery standards.
Participate in facility audits, inspections, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and operational performance.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned by the Line Manager from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline. MBA/MSc is an added advantage.
PMP, IFMA, COREN, NSE, or relevant facility management certifications will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of facility management systems, maintenance planning, and engineering asset management.
Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in facility management, engineering maintenance, asset management, or infrastructure operations.
