Job Title: Social Media and Content Associate

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Description

  • Are you passionate about content creation, digital storytelling, and social media growth?
  • We are looking for a creative, trendy, and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Associate to help grow our digital presence through engaging content, community engagement, and strategic storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other digital platforms, including reels, graphics, carousels, captions, and short-form videos.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments, studio activities, events, and day-to-day brand experiences for real-time and curated content.
  • Support campaign shoots, content productions, lookbooks, and collection teasers.
  • Edit short-form videos and social media content for regular posting and audience engagement.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with campaigns, product launches, promotions, and cultural moments.
  • Schedule and publish content consistently across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media engagement, audience growth, platform performance, and content reach to optimize strategies and improve visibility.
  • Research trends, viral content, digital tools, algorithms, memes, and cultural moments relevant to the brand’s audience and positioning.
  • Support influencer collaborations, community partnerships, and content-sharing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a strong, engaging, and culturally relevant brand voice across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaign rollouts, newsletters, customer communications, and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide live content coverage during events, pop-ups, product launches, and other brand activations.
  • Maintain organized folders for content drafts, raw footage, edited materials, campaign assets, and brand resources.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly social media reports covering engagement, follower growth, conversions, reach, and campaign performance.
  • Track influencer collaborations, reposts, press mentions, and partnership activities for proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Demonstrate creativity, strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and excellent storytelling skills in executing tasks.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and content schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Experience with video editing, content creation tools, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and brand-aligned content ideas.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a dynamic, creative environment.
