We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver

Location: Lekki Free Zone, Ibeju Lekki - Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Assistant Admin Manager

Overall Purpose of Job

• Effective vehicle and logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive employees or clients to and from meetings, airports, events, etc.
• Use GPS navigation and adjust routes in real-time to avoid traffic congestion, road construction, or severe weather conditions.
• Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Check oil, tires, and fluid levels, and schedule regular servicing to ensure vehicle roadworthiness.
• Always observe traffic regulations.
• Always carry out instructions correctly.
• Always keep the exterior of the car clean.
• Always keep the interior of the car clean.
• Always observe the vehicle daily check.
• Always be neat.
• Ensure the company does not incur unnecessary costs on the vehicle.
• Be punctual on all assignments.
• Always use your initiative.
• Never use your phone while driving.
• Never take alcohol or intoxicating /sedative drugs while on duty.
• Never exceed speed limits while driving.
• Always wear seat belt when driving and insist that the vehicle occupants do the same.
• Always follow the prescribed journey management plan.
• Carry out other official activities.
• Understanding of vehicle mechanism that could lead to trouble shooting faulty vehicle.

Person Specification

• Minimum qualification of an SSCE.
• Smart
• Valid driver’s license
• Spy Police is an added advantage.
• Preferred candidate must reside in or around Ibeju Lekki area, not far from the Lekki Free Zone.

Required Competencies:

• Ability to drive car with either Manual or automatic gear.
• Conversant with business terrain
• Understand road signs.
• Team Player
• Good eyesight
• Cool headed.
