Job Title: Marketing Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Role Overview

• The Marketing Supervisor oversees the execution of marketing campaigns, brand visibility initiatives, and promotional activities, while translating high-level strategies into actionable daily tasks and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with maximum impact

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, activations, and promotional activities.
• Supervise content creation and manage the company’s digital and social media platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, digital metrics, and prepare marketing reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth.
• Supervise junior marketing staff, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Support budget monitoring and ensure cost-effective marketing operations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc/ HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of marketing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong project execution skills.
• Good communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing analytics and campaign tracking.
• Creative thinking and understanding of content and branding principles.

Salary
N600,000 - N900,000 per month.
