Job Title: Farm Worker / Farm Support Staff

Location: Odeda, Abeokuta Ogun

Job Summary

• YK Farms Limited is seeking hardworking, dedicated, and reliable Farm Workers / Farm Support Staff to support the day-to-day operations of our mixed farming business.
• Successful candidates will be involved in crop production, poultry operations, goat and cattle management, and general farm maintenance duties.
• This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about agriculture, willing to learn, and ready to work in a practical farm environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily farm operations, including feeding animals, cleaning pens, planting, weeding, harvesting, watering, and general farm maintenance
• Support the management of poultry, goats, cattle, and crop production activities
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and biosecurity standards across the farm
• Operate under the guidance of farm supervisors and management
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily farm productivity
• Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of farm materials when required
• Report any issues relating to animal health, equipment, or farm operations promptly

Requirements

• Willingness to work hard and learn on the job
• Physically fit, disciplined, and dependable
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
• Previous farming or livestock experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Honest, responsible, and committed to farm work
• Ability to reside on-site is an added advantage (accommodation available)

Work Arrangement:

• Location: Odeda Village, Abeokuta
• Accommodation available for successful candidates
• 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance
• Immediate start available.
