Job Title: Credit Operations Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, analytical and detail-oriented Credit Operations Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will support the credit operations process by ensuring accuracy, compliance, efficiency and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor credit applications and documentation
• Review customer records and verify supporting documents
• Support loan disbursement and repayment tracking processes
• Maintain accurate credit and operational records
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare operational and credit performance reports
• Follow up on outstanding documentation and customer requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless credit operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in credit operations, banking, or financial services
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate:
