Job Title: Hotel Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking to hire a competent and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury and serviced apartment facility in Lugbe, Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the apartment facility, ensuring excellent guest experience, supervising staff, maintaining operational standards, and driving business growth.
• The candidate must have solid experience in the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the luxury and serviced apartment facility.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities, schedules, and performance.
• Manage bookings, reservations, and guest relations.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of all facilities.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and procurement needs.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
• Implement strategies to improve occupancy and revenue generation.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, health, and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel management or hospitality operations.
• Proven experience managing hotels, apartments, or hospitality facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of hotel management procedures and operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel booking/management systems is an added advantage.
• Candidate must reside within the Lugbe axis or nearby areas.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 per month.
