Job Title: Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• They are seeking to hire an experienced and result-oriented Fleet Supervisor to oversee fleet maintenance, workshop operations, and technical activities.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in heavy-duty vehicle maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience within the transport/logistics sector.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet and workshop operations of all luxury transport vehicles
• Coordinate and manage technicians and maintenance personnel
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and repair activities
• Ensure buses and operational vehicles are always in excellent working condition
• Diagnose technical faults and ensure prompt troubleshooting and repairs
• Oversee workshop activities and maintenance records
• Manage spare parts usage and inventory knowledge
• Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
• Minimize vehicle downtime through effective maintenance planning

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in luxury transportation 
• OND or HND qualification is required
• Transport/logistics industry experience is compulsory
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Applicants must not be more than 40 years old.

Technical Experience Required:

• Diesel bus/heavy-duty vehicle maintenance
• Workshop supervision and team management
• Vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Air pneumatic/braking systems
• Strong knowledge of vehicle spare parts and maintenance operations.
