We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Manager

Location: Oluyole, Ibadan - Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• The Inventory Management Officer will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, tracking inventory movement, minimizing losses, and ensuring timely replenishment of products.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels across warehouse and store locations.
• Track incoming and outgoing stock accurately.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory records using inventory management software or spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure product availability.
• Identify slow-moving, expired, or damaged goods and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
• Assist in forecasting stock requirements based on sales trends.
• Reduce stock losses, wastage, and shrinkage

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good numerical and analytical ability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N80,000 - N80,000 monthly.
