Job Title: Commercial & Logistics Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• As the Commercial & Logistics Staff, you will manage the end-to-end commercial and logistics lifecycle, from initial RFQs and client quotations to international shipping coordination, regulatory compliance, and final delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RFQ process, including issuing requests to vendors and responding to client inquiries.
• Prepare and dispatch professional quotations, commercial offers, and invoices.
• Perform accurate job costing to ensure commercial viability of projects.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups with clients and vendors to drive project execution.
• Coordinate end-to-end international logistics from point of origin to final delivery location.
• Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, Packing Lists, Invoices, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in brand, communications, or public relations roles, with exposure to corporate or B2B sectors.
• Demonstrable experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
• Strong understanding of global trade regulations and INCOTERMS.
• Experience coordinating international shipping and documentation processes.

Salary
N450,000 - N600,000 / Month.
