We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse / Store Manager

Location: Berger / Opic - Lagos / Ogun

Job Summary

• Organized and results-driven Warehouse / Store Manager with experience in overseeing inventory control, stock management, and daily warehouse operations.
• Skilled in coordinating goods receiving and dispatch, maintaining accurate stock records, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient storage procedures.
• Able to manage operations effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards, reducing losses, and improving productivity. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in inventory and record-keeping systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse and store operations efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods.
• Coordinate the distribution and dispatch of products.
• Ensure proper arrangement and organization of stock items.
• Conduct regular stock taking and inventory audits.
• Prevent stock loss, damage, or theft through proper control measures.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness within the warehouse / store.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports for management.
• Manage and supervise warehouse/store staff activities.
• Ensure timely replenishment of stock when necessary.
• Monitor product quality and expiry dates where applicable.
• Implement company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and storage systems.

Requirements
Key Skills:

• Inventory Accuracy Rate:
  • Measures how accurate the physical stock is compared to inventory records.
• Stock Turnover Rate:
  • Shows how quickly goods are sold or used within a period.
• Stock Loss / Shrinkage Rate:
  • Tracks losses caused by theft, damage, or misplacement of goods.
• Out-of-Stock Frequency:
  • Measures how often important items run out.
• Overstock Level:
  • Indicates excess inventory that may tie down company funds.
• Order Fulfillment Rate:
  • Measures how accurately and quickly customer or internal orders are completed.
• Delivery / Dispatch Timeliness:
  • Tracks whether goods are dispatched on schedule.
• Operational Efficiency KPIs.

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.
