We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join our Wealth Management division as Client Advisor Assistant.
This role is designed to support the relationship managers in the detailed execution of client-related activities and to provide full operational and transactional backing across relationship management functions.
The objective of this role is to enable the Client Advisor to focus their time on business development, winning new mandates, converting prospects and deepening strategic client relationships.
This is a demanding, fast-paced role requiring exceptional attention to detail, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

An existing understanding of asset management, wealth management banking, financial products and basic accounting is essential.
Key Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to
Client Support & Relationship Backing:
Support the relationship managers in managing day-to-day client interactions and service requirements.
Prepare meeting materials, client presentations and portfolio reports.
Attend client meetings where required and document follow-up actions.
Track and manage client requests to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Serve as secondary point of contact for operational client matters.
Assist in maintaining detailed client records and documentation.
Portfolio Reporting & Analysis:
Support performance tracking, asset allocation analysis and risk monitoring.
Assist in preparing investment research summaries and commentary for clients.
Coordinate with custodians and platform providers to obtain required data.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of all client-facing reporting materials.
Execution & Operational Coordination:
Support client onboarding processes including documentation and compliance requirements.
Liaise with Operations, Compliance, Investment Advisory and external providers to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor transaction processing and follow through to settlement confirmation.
Assist with preparation of subscription documents and capital call notices where applicable.
Maintain organised records of mandates, agreements and correspondence.
Business Development Support:
Support the Client Advisor in preparing pitch materials for prospective clients.
Assist in researching prospects and preparing briefing notes.
Maintain pipeline tracking and follow-up schedules.
Prepare financial illustrations and proposal documentation.
Provide analytical support during new client conversion processes.
Administrative & Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and client servicing workflows.
Maintain structured filing systems (digital and physical).
Support preparation of internal performance dashboards.
Contribute to continuous improvement of client experience processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
B.Sc Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field.
1 – 4 years’ experience in wealth management, private banking, asset management, family office or financial services.
CFA, CFP, CISI or equivalent designation preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal, English language communication skills.
Proficient in MacOS Keynote, Numbers and Pages.
Proficient in MS Powerpoint & Word.
High proficiency in Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis.
Strong understanding of financial products and multi-asset class portfolios.
Diligent, with excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in reporting.
Strong numerical and analytical capability.
Strong presentation and proposal development skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Target-driven and results-oriented, able to deliver on time, under pressure

Salary Range
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
