Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and compassionate radiographer to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations, ensuring patient safety, and producing high-quality images to support accurate medical diagnosis and treatment.
• This role is ideal for a professional who is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in operating radiographic imaging equipment in a clinical or hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and other imaging examinations, as required.
• Prepare and position patients correctly for imaging procedures.
• Operate radiographic equipment safely and effectively.
• Ensure high-quality diagnostic images are produced.
• Follow radiation safety and infection control procedures at all times.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and report equipment faults or maintenance needs.
• Provide excellent patient care and professional communication.

Requirements
Education & Certification:

• Degree or diploma in Radiography or Medical Imaging Science.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a hospital, diagnostic center, or clinical setting
• Experience with an x-ray machine or digital radiography is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical knowledge of radiographic procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and patient care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of radiation protection and safety standards.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with imaging systems.
