Job Title: Finance Officer

Location: Alimosho, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Finance Officer is responsible for managing the financial operations of JetSeed, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budget monitoring, compliance with accounting standards, and efficient handling of financial transactions.
• The role supports the company’s financial health through proper record keeping, analysis, and internal control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Monitor cash flow and track company expenses.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Prepare payroll and statutory remittances where required.
• Use accounting software and spreadsheets for financial analysis.
• Provide financial support to management for decision-making.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, ACA, or CPA) is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
