Today, Montaigne Place operations extend across retail, wholesale, spa & wellness, with its flagship retail division, Montaigne Place, boasting a network of Forty (40) outlets throughout Nigeria. These outlets are strategically located in Lagos, the country's commercial hub, as well as in Abuja, the capital city, and Port Harcourt, along with other prominent cities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: SPA Director

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and oversee a marketable and profitable Spa business while meeting/exceeding financial goals
• Leads a Corporate Spa team of 2 and Regional Field team
• Monitor quality of service in F&B outlets
• Ensure sign off of all Service Standards by Position competencies for Rooms division managers
• Prepare annual budgets for all departments within the Spa
• Prepare annual budgets for the Spa
• The ability to interview and select job applicants effectively supervise, discipline, mentor and give performance evaluations for Spa employees
• Direct overall operations of the fitness, pool, and spa facilities, including short and long range strategic planning so that the business operates cost effectively and efficiently
• Lead the Spa in establishing and executing departmental goals
• Ensure the spa, fitness and pool facilities are in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness)

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 3-8 years experience.

Salary
N1,500,000 - N2,200,000 / Month.
