Discovery Cycle Professionals is recruiting to fill the followign position:

Job Title: Research Assistants
Job Type: Contract
Location: Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Jigawa, Katsina, Kogi, Nasarawa, Ogun, Taraba, Yobe.

Job Description: Role

• Mobilise and coordinate consultations with respective MDAs and other participating Stakeholders.
• Coordinate and oversee administrative and technical organisation of implementation, including operational logistics.
• Support the achievement of the research objectives. Specifically, ensuring the collection and validation of specific documents and data from Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).
• Support process and validate collected data and other documents.

Qualification and Experience

• Degree in the Social Sciences or other related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year professional experience as a Research Assistant
• Knowledge of feasibility studies and data validation
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Advanced and excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals from different social cadres
• Excellent understanding of public sector operations
• Must be resident in state of choice and very proactive (please see www.discoveryng.com for more details on this)
