Job Title: Brain Agent

Location: Lagos

Summary

• A Tech startup company is recruiting for high-performing Brain (Agents) to join our intelligent execution infrastructure team in Lagos, Nigeria.
• The Brain is our human execution operator, responsible for turning human intent into certain outcomes.
• You will manage the full task lifecycle, from clarifying customer intent and planning to physical execution and verifying evidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Task Acceptance & Clarification: Accept tasks, run live voice sessions to document intent, and finalize plans on our digital table.
• Planning & Execution: Create detailed execution plans (pricing, milestones), deploy resources, and track every transition until completion.
• Operational Precision: Strictly adhere to budget caps and ensure every milestone is captured with documented proof.
• Service Standards: Provide an "excellent and educative" customer experience at every touchpoint.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Transaction Volume: 30 verified transactions per day (once live).
• Task Accuracy: 100% of milestones documented with required proof; zero rework.
• Compliance: Zero off-platform settlements or unauthorized edits.

Key Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Second-class lower university Degree.
• Post NYSC Experience: 0-2 years Prior customer-facing, gig, or service experience is preferred.
• Location Knowledge: Familiarity with VI, Ikoyi, and Lekki sourcing points, including gated access protocols for 1004 & Banana Island estates.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to handle live pricing, budget tracking, and real-time documentation on a smartphone (Android 10+ or iOS 14+).
• Work Authorization: 21+ years old with the right to work in Nigeria and ability to pass a background check.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
