Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplies, materials, and services required for smooth business operations.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services in line with company requirements.
• Identifying and evaluating reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiating prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Preparing purchase orders and maintaining accurate procurement records.
• Tracking deliveries and resolving issues related to delays or damaged goods.
• Ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Conducting market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/procurement software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
