About the Role
Elkris Bio-Health Foods Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly creative, commercially driven, and performance-oriented Lead Digital Marketing Strategist to drive the Company’s digital growth, brand visibility, online engagement, customer acquisition, and digital sales presence across Nigeria.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong practical execution capabilities across digital marketing, social media growth, performance campaigns, online community engagement, content strategy, digital brand positioning, and customer conversion initiatives.
The ideal candidate must understand the Nigerian digital consumer landscape, possess strong storytelling and audience engagement capabilities, and demonstrate the ability to execute high-impact, cost-effective digital campaigns that deliver measurable business growth and brand visibility.
This is a high-responsibility role requiring innovation, speed, accountability, and strong operational coordination across multiple digital platforms and campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
Digital Brand Strategy & Visibility:
Lead and execute the Company’s overall digital marketing and online brand visibility strategy.
Drive strong and measurable brand presence across all significant digital and social media platforms.
Develop and implement innovative digital campaigns to increase customer engagement, brand awareness, and online reach.
Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and audience positioning across all digital channels.
Social Media & Audience Engagement:
Oversee daily management and growth of all Company social media platforms.
Develop content calendars, campaign concepts, audience engagement initiatives, and digital storytelling strategies.
Drive meaningful audience interaction, community growth, and customer engagement across platforms.
Monitor social trends, audience behavior, and competitor digital activities to improve market positioning.
Digital Campaigns & Performance Marketing:
Plan and execute paid and organic digital marketing campaigns.
Optimize digital campaigns for engagement, lead generation, conversion, and sales performance.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and implement improvements for higher ROI.
Support online product promotions, activations, launches, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Content Development & Creative Coordination:
Coordinate development of high-quality digital content including graphics, videos, reels, promotional materials, and campaign assets.
Work closely with creative teams, videographers, designers, and content creators where required.
Ensure all digital content aligns with brand standards and commercial objectives.
Data Analytics & Performance Reporting:
Track and analyze digital performance metrics across platforms.
Generate periodic reports on engagement, reach, conversions, traffic, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness.
Translate analytics into actionable digital growth strategies and optimization recommendations.
Reputation Management & Customer Experience:
Monitor online brand perception and customer feedback across digital channels.
Ensure timely and professional response to online inquiries, comments, and engagement opportunities.
Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives through digital engagement strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Engagement, Operations, and Management teams to support business growth objectives.
Support digital visibility for sales campaigns, market activations, distributor engagement, and product awareness initiatives.
Coordinate digital support for Company events, launches, promotions, and strategic projects.
The Ideal Candidate
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related field.
Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or Brand Strategy are an added advantage.
Experience:
4–8years relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social Media Strategy, or related roles.
Strong practical experience managing business digital platforms and executing measurable digital campaigns.
Experience within FMCG, wellness, retail, or consumer-focused industries is an added advantage.
Technical & Creative Competence:
Strong understanding of social media management, digital advertising, audience engagement, and content marketing.
Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics tools, SEO fundamentals, and campaign optimization.
Strong content direction, storytelling, and creative execution capability.
Ability to execute high-impact campaigns within lean or cost-conscious budgets.
Personal Attributes:

Strong communication and organizational skills.
Results-driven with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments.

Salary
N650,000 - N800,000 monthly.
