Job Title: Driver

Location: Iseyin Facility, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

• PMN Farms is seeking a responsible and experienced Driver to support daily farm operations and logistics at our Iseyin facility.
• The ideal candidate will ensure safe transportation of staff, farm inputs, produce, equipment, and other operational materials while maintaining assigned vehicles in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, farm produce, equipment, and materials as assigned.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and properly maintained.
• Report mechanical faults or maintenance needs promptly.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle servicing.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading when necessary.
• Support logistics and operational movement within and outside the farm facility.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification.
• Valid Nigerian driver’s license.
• Minimum of 3 years proven driving experience.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and routes within Oyo State and surrounding areas.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline.
• Physically fit and able to work in a farm environment.

Preferred Qualities:

• Previous experience working in a farm, industrial, or logistics environment.
• Basic vehicle troubleshooting knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
