Job Title: Bulldozer Operator

Location: Iseyin Facility, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

• PMN Farms is looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Bulldozer Operator to join operations at our Iseyin facility.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for operating bulldozers and heavy equipment for land clearing, grading, earthmoving, road preparation, and other farm infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers and related heavy equipment efficiently and safely.
• Carry out land clearing, leveling, grading, excavation, and earthmoving activities.
• Inspect equipment before and after operation to ensure functionality and safety.
• Report mechanical issues and coordinate maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow operational instructions and site safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain daily operational logs and equipment usage records.
• Work closely with farm management and technical teams on project execution.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment after use.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification.
• Proven experience operating bulldozers or similar heavy-duty equipment.
• 3–5 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to understand and follow equipment operation guidelines and safety standards.
• Good physical condition and ability to work long hours when required.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical or vocational certification in heavy equipment operation is an advantage.
• Experience working on agricultural, construction, or land development projects.
• Basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge.
