Job Title: Farm Attendant

Location: Iseyin Facility, Oyo
Employment Type: Contract Staff

Job Summary

• PMN Farms is seeking hardworking and reliable Farm Attendants to support daily farm operations at our Iseyin facility.
• The ideal candidates will assist with animal care, feeding, cleaning, farm maintenance, and other operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient farm production.

Key Responsibilities

• Feed and care for livestock according to farm procedures.
• Clean animal pens, housing areas, feeding equipment, and farm surroundings.
• Assist with monitoring animal health and reporting unusual behavior or illness.
• Support vaccination, treatment, and routine farm management activities.
• Handle farm tools and equipment properly.
• Assist with movement, sorting, and handling of animals when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and biosecurity standards across the facility.
• Carry out other farm-related duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification.
• Previous farm or livestock experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding farm environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Good work ethic, discipline, and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Qualities:

• Basic understanding of livestock handling and farm hygiene practices.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to adapt to operational schedules, including weekends if necessary.
