Job Description

• We are seeking a Regulatory Officer to lead and manage regulatory activities, ensuring timely product registration, compliance, documentation, and adherence to all regulatory requirements.  
• The role requires strong knowledge of obtaining regulatory approvals for products such as pesticides, herbicides, and related products with NAFDAC and other relevant regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Regulatory Affairs team
• Coordinate product registration and renewals with regulatory authorities
• Review product labels and documentation to ensure compliance
• Liaise with internal teams and external regulatory bodies on regulatory matters
• Organize and coordinate cGMP inspections and regulatory audits
• Develop and implement regulatory strategies to support business objectives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory documentation for all products

Requirements

• Higher National Diploma in Food Science and Technology or related field
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in regulatory affairs or compliance
• Experience with regulatory compliance and product registration processes
• Strong knowledge of labeling and compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of obtaining regulatory approvals for pesticides, herbicides, and related products with NAFDAC
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CorelDraw for label review
• Experience coordinating regulatory inspections and audits is an added advantage.
