We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Role Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our fulfillment hub in Lagos.
• Reporting to the wLaas Manager, you will lead a team of warehouse associates to ensure fast, accurate, and safe processing of e-commerce orders on behalf of Renda's merchant partners.
• This role is central to our promise of reliable, tech-enabled fulfillment delivered on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:

• Supervise and coordinate all inbound and outbound warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch of merchant orders
• Monitor daily order fulfillment targets and SLAs, taking proactive steps to resolve bottlenecks
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of returns, damaged goods, and inventory adjustments
• Oversee the use of Renda's Warehouse Management System (WMS) for real-time stock tracking and order updates

Team Leadership:

• Lead, schedule, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives across shifts
• Conduct performance reviews, set targets, and provide on-the-job coaching and training
• Foster a culture of accountability, speed, and accuracy aligned with Renda's operational standards

Inventory & Accuracy:

• Oversee regular cycle counts and full stock audits to maintain inventory integrity
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records
• Coordinate with merchant account managers to resolve stock queries and fulfillment issues

Health, Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce all health, safety, and housekeeping standards across the warehouse at all times
• Ensure correct handling, labeling, and storage of all goods, including fragile or high-value items
• Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure all staff comply with Renda's operational policies

Process Improvement:

• Identify inefficiencies in warehouse workflows and recommend improvements to increase throughput and reduce errors.
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement best practices across Renda's fulfillment network.
• Generate and review daily/weekly operational reports and share insights with management.

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:

• OND, HND, or a Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
• Experience working in a tech-enabled or startup logistics environment.
• Knowledge of lean warehouse practices or process improvement frameworks.

Other Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment environment.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, inventory management, and last-mile logistics.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of an active warehouse environment.
