Job Title: Human Resource Assistant

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Summary

Responsibilities 

• Manage HR databases and sort emails for the HR department
• Post online job advertisements, shortlist candidates, and schedule job interviews
• Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and process leave requests
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labour laws
• Update and maintain personnel files and HR records accurately and confidentially
• Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., absences, bonuses, leaves)
• Participate in employee engagement activities and events.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field
• 1–2 years of work experience in an HR-related role
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (other MS Office applications are an added advantage).
