SITH is the franchisee for Pizza Hut in Nigeria (all regions except Lagos). Pizza Hut is part of Yum Brands (formerly PepsiCo Restaurants). Skyline International Tourism and Hospitality is thefastest growing F&B company in Nigeria. StrEat Café is a brand curated by the team at Skyline International Tourism & Hospitality Ltd. StrEat café is an amalgamation of food and beverages from various parts of the world, served in a charming and relaxed ambience.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Rider

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Champion Yum and SITH culture and values.
• Communicates effectively with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Focusing on exceeding customer expectations where possible.
• Follows the company Hospitality standards during every customer interaction ensuring great product, great service and maintaining great restaurants.
• Knows about new products and promotions and communicates these clearly to customers.
• Ensure all deliveries are delivered within the specified time limit whilst ensuring all traffic, speed and road regulations are abided to.
• Ensure delivery vehicle is maintained at all times.
• Ensure Delivery Vehicle is fuelled at all times.
• Maintain a professional image at all times.
• Communicates accurate service times and monitors timings.
• Follows all cash handling procedures safely and in accordance to company standards.
• Treats all customers and Colleagues fairly and with respect.
• Follow uniform and personal hygiene company standards at all times.
• Report to the Manager on Duty any food safety or Safety issues that they find on shift.
• Follows on-shift instructions from the Manager on Duty at all times.
• Demonstrates teamwork by helping others when they need it without being asked.
• Other duties as required ongoing and from time to time.
• Drivers must know the area well so they can deliver the orders in minutes.
• They must also perform all the tasks the Store Manager assigned to them and must have the capacity to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery vehicle is maintained at all times.
• Ensure Delivery Vehicle is fuelled at all times.
• Maintain a professional image at all times.
• Communicates accurate service times and monitors timings.

Requirements
Education:

• A minimum of SSCE/GCE is required.

Experience:

• 1 - 3 Years.

Skills:

• Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Numerical and literacy skills is required.
• Clear background check. ·
• Must be able to work shifts and over the weekend.
• Must have a working cell phone.

Remuneration

• N65,000 - N70,000 monthly.
