Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative, trend-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence and online engagement strategy for a dynamic lifestyle and creative brand similar to Glitter Girls Innovations.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, growing online communities, increasing brand visibility, and driving audience engagement across all digital channels.
  • The Social Media Manager will play a key role in shaping the company’s digital identity, executing social media campaigns, supporting brand collaborations, and ensuring consistent storytelling that aligns with the company’s vision and target audience.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing and business goals.
  • Manage and oversee the company’s social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Create and maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
  • Plan and manage social media calendars, campaigns, and content schedules.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and emerging digital opportunities to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

Content Creation & Campaign Execution:

  • Create engaging and high-quality content including captions, graphics, short-form videos, reels, stories, and promotional content.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and creative teams to produce compelling digital content.
  • Develop creative campaign ideas to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Support product launches, events, activations, partnerships, and promotional campaigns through social media.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Community Management & Engagement:

  • Manage online communities and respond to comments, messages, inquiries, and customer interactions promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong engagement with followers, clients, influencers, and brand partners.
  • Monitor audience feedback and online reputation management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and audience growth.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor social media performance metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, and follower growth.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Use insights and analytics tools to optimize content performance and audience targeting.

Influencer & Brand Collaboration Support:

  • Identify and engage influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors aligned with the company’s target audience.
  • Support influencer campaigns, collaborations, and partnership activations.
  • Coordinate content schedules and promotional activities with partners and collaborators.

Trend Monitoring & Brand Growth:

  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Research competitor activities and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to improve the brand’s online presence and visibility.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Experience within lifestyle, beauty, fashion, events, media, hospitality, or creative industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong photography and video content coordination skills are an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
