The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting Bickford’sAI trainingprogrammesand digital solutions by engaging professionals, organizations, institutions, and business teams, while building strategic partnerships that enhance adoption, workplace productivity, and business growth through AI tools and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development and Revenue Growth:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for AI trainingprogrammesand digital solutions
Drive training enrollments and client acquisition across target markets
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Conduct product presentations, demos, and training pitches to prospective clients and organizations
Convert leads into paying participants and corporate clients
Client Management and Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, institutions, professionals, and partner organizations
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients
Provide excellent follow-up and customer support to ensure client satisfaction
Develop long-term partnerships that encourage repeat business and referrals
Gather client feedback to improve service delivery and training experience
Strategic Growth and AI Adoption Expansion:
Identify opportunities to expand AI training adoption across industries and workplaces
Collaborate with internal teams to develop outreach and engagement strategies
Promote workplace productivity solutions using AI tools and digital platforms
Develop proposals and partnership opportunities with organizations and institutions
Support awareness campaigns, webinars, activations, and business events
Reporting and Performance Management:
Track and report sales activities, leads, enrollments, and conversion performance
Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, and transactions
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management
Analyze sales data to improve outreach and conversion strategies
Meet assigned KPIs and performance targets consistently
Required Skills and Experience
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience:
2-5years of experience in sales, business development, or technology-related services
Experience selling digital products, trainingprogrammes, or SaaS solutions is an added advantage
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience engaging corporate organizations and institutional clients is preferred
Core Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ability to explain technology solutions clearly to different audiences
Strong organizational and time management skills
Result-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
Confidence in presentations, demos, and client engagement
Desirable:
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude AI, Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, and related platforms
Basic understanding of AI productivity tools and workplace automation
Knowledge of digital platforms, portal systems, or technology solutions
Interest in innovation, emerging technologies, and AI adoption
Other Requirements:
Willingness to attend meetings, presentations, and outreach events when required
Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets
Strong interest in technology, AI, and workplace productivity solutions
High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
