Description
The Business Performance Manager (BFM) is responsible for driving organizational performance through data-driven insights, strategic monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role ensures that all business units meet performance targets while maintaining cost leadership, operational efficiency, and profitability across recruitment and care service operations.
The BFM plays a critical role in aligning business strategy with execution by tracking KPIs, optimizing costs, improving productivity, and supporting decision-making at executive level.
Key Responsibilities
Business Performance Management:
Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide performance frameworks and KPIs.
Track performance across departments (recruitment, care services, HR, finance, operations).
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights.
Identify performance gaps and drive corrective action plans.
Report to Senior Management on Business performance outcomes.
Cost Leadership & Financial Efficiency:
Lead cost optimization initiatives across all departments.
Analyze operational costs including staffing, recruitment, service delivery, and overheads.
Partner with the Finance Manager to monitor budgets and reduce cost variances.
Develop cost control strategies without compromising service quality.
Drive efficiency in workforce utilization and resource allocation.
Monitor cost per hire, cost per care package, and cost per service delivery unit.
Identify waste, redundancies, and inefficiencies in operations.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop dashboards and performance reports for senior management.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of KPIs.
Support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Support the development and execution of business strategy.
Align departmental objectives with organizational goals.
Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.
Evaluate the success of strategic programs and recommend improvements.
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Improve workflow efficiency across recruitment and care service operations.
Standardize performance measurement processes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with department heads to ensure performance alignment.
Provide advisory support to leadership on performance and cost management.
Present performance insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, ICAN, CFA, PMP) are an added advantage.
6–8 years experience in business performance, financial analysis, or strategy roles, preferably within recruitment, healthcare, or service industries.
