We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Technician

Location: Enugu 

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to provide technical support, maintain computer systems and networks, and ensure the smooth operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support to staff and users.
• Manage system updates, backups, and security protocols.
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures and system configurations.
• Assist with network administration and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support and system maintenance.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
