Job Summary 

• We are hiring an Earthworks Foreman to lead and control all earthworks operations on ongoing/upcoming road construction projects.
• This role is responsible for supervising all cut, fill, compaction, and subgrade preparation activities to ensure strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and QA/QC requirements.
• The successful candidate will coordinate excavators, dozers, graders, and rollers to deliver efficient earthmoving operations while ensuring proper layer control, compaction quality, and testing compliance before progression of works.

Requirements

• OND / Technical Certificate / City & Guilds in Civil Works or related field
• 8+ years’ experience as an Earthworks Foreman on road or highway projects
• Strong experience in bulk excavation, cut-and-fill, and subgrade preparation
• Good understanding of compaction procedures, soil testing, and CBR requirements
• Experience managing earthmoving plant and site gangs (15+ operatives)
• Ability to coordinate survey and QA/QC requirements on site.
