Description

• We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care, assess and diagnose medical conditions, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications where authorized, and promote overall health and wellness.
• The successful candidate will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and care plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with applicable regulations and scope of practice.
• Provide health education, counseling, and preventive care services to patients and families.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and ethical standards.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 per month.
