Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Pastry Chef to prepare high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about baking, maintains high standards of presentation, and ensures consistency in product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked products.
• Follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and report stock requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry section.
• Comply with food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• OND, HND, SSCE, or relevant culinary qualification.
• Basic knowledge of baking and pastry preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Previous pastry or bakery experience is an advantage but not required.
