Job Summary

• We are recruiting a highly strategic and commercially driven General Manager to oversee multiple business subsidiaries across real estate development, construction, and energy storage in Abuja.
• The successful candidate will operate at an executive level, driving business growth, financial governance, and operational excellence across the portfolio.
• This role requires a strong business builder capable of scaling newly established ventures into structured, profitable enterprises while managing senior stakeholders and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
• 7–10 years senior management experience across diversified businesses
• Experience in real estate, construction, or investment holding companies
• Strong financial governance and business strategy experience
• Proven leadership and team-building capability
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen
• Experience operating within Nigerian regulatory environment.
