Multipro Consumer Products Limited is the largest company in Nigeria dealing in Sales, Haulage and Logistics. MCPL was founded in 1996 as a fully owned company of the Tolaram Group. The first product sold by MCPL in 1996 was Indomie and since then it has played a seminal role in making Indomie a household brand in Nigeria. MCPL over the years has grown adding 13 brands in various categories comprising of Noodle, Snacks, Milk, Cereal, Oil, Homecare and Personal Hygiene.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

• The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the efficient management, coordination, and supervision of five (5) distinct warehouse facilities inside the premises : the Main Warehouse, Annex Warehouse, Hanger Warehouse, Nikko Warehouse, and the New Warehouse.
• This role ensures optimal inventory control, safe storage of raw materials and finished goods, timely dispatch, and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all locations.

Responsibilities
Operational Management:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations across all five warehouse locations (Main, Annex, Hanger, Nikko, and New Warehouse).
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure seamless coordination between warehouses to support production schedules / Planning and customer fulfilment.
• Monitor warehouse capacity utilization and recommend space optimization strategies.

Inventory Control and Management:

• Maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouses using inventory management systems.- (SAP integration )
• Conduct daily physical stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies with other related departments .
• Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles are strictly followed, particularly for raw materials and perishable goods.
• Minimize stock losses, damages, shrinkage, and wastage.

Team Leadership and Workforce Management:

• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff across all locations.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement among warehouse teams.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

• Enforce strict adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials (flour, palm oil, cartons , seasonings, wrappers ,other liquid stock , etc.) and finished noodle products.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency drills with the HSE officer for emergency preparedness within the team .
• Maintain compliance with NAFDAC, SON, MANCAP and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Ensure fire safety systems, pest control, and hygiene standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 8 years work experience.
