We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Marketing & Sales

Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • The Head of Marketing & Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building brand visibility, and leading customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution ability and proven experience in both marketing and sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation initiatives
  • Build and manage the company’s brand presence across digital and offline channels
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, SEO/SEM)
  • Establish and manage sales pipelines, targets, and performance metrics
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and sales team
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to improve customer experience
  • Prepare reports and present performance insights to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant Masters degree is an added advantage)
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing and/or sales role (Head, Manager, or Lead level)
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
  • Solid experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and marketing tools).

Salary
N300,000 per month.
