Description

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager / ELV Manager to lead the implementation and management of enterprise security systems across our operations.
• This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Biometric Attendance Systems, and ELV infrastructure, combined with exceptional project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery:

• Lead the complete lifecycle of security systems projects from initiation to handover.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

Security Systems Design & Implementation:

• Design and deploy CCTV, Access Control, Biometric Attendance, and related ELV systems.
• Ensure solutions align with operational requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
• Oversee system integration, testing, commissioning, and performance validation.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

• Manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with internal IT, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress updates.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Maintain technical documentation including BOQs, site surveys, design drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable security, safety, and industry regulations.

Vendor & Resource Management:

• Manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, and material deliveries.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources while maintaining quality standards.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Stay current with emerging security technologies and recommend system enhancements.
• Provide post-installation technical support and guidance to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience
Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Security Systems, or a related field.
• Additional qualifications in Security and Surveillance Technology will be an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in CCTV, Access Control, Biometric Attendance, and ELV Systems.
• Proven experience managing large-scale security system projects from concept to completion.

Technical Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of:
  • IP Cameras, NVRs, DVRs
  • Access Control Systems
  • Biometric Attendance Systems
  • ANPR Systems
  • Visitor Management Systems
  • Alarm Systems and Turnstiles
• Sound understanding of IP networking, network architecture, and surveillance infrastructure.
• Experience with software integration and customization of security systems is desirable.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Certified CCTV Professional (CCP)
• CCNA Certification
• Hikvision Certification
• Other relevant security systems certifications.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience with facial recognition technology, video analytics, smart building solutions, and integrated security platforms.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles related to surveillance and access control systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
