Job Summary

• As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for leading the company's technology strategy, scaling engineering operations, driving platform security and reliability, and building high-performing engineering teams to support rapid business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the engineering organization, including talent acquisition, performance management, and team development
• Define and execute the company's long-term technology strategy, architecture, security, and scalability roadmap
• Drive the development of secure, reliable, and high-performance payment and financial technology systems
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives and growth plans
• Maintain hands-on involvement in engineering execution, system design, and technical decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering, with significant leadership experience in fintech, consumer technology, or high-growth startups
• Strong expertise in system architecture, cybersecurity, scalability, payments infrastructure, and platform reliability
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams.

Salary
