Job Summary

• Jeroid Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across our fintech business and affiliated brands.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, customer acquisition, lead generation, digital marketing, partnerships, and overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, email, and paid advertising.
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance.
• Build strategic partnerships and manage public relations activities.
• Oversee marketing budgets and report on campaign ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in fintech, technology, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
• Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
