Position Summary

• The Head of Growth will serve as a strategic commercial and growth leader responsible for driving market expansion, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships across the organisation’s product offerings.
• The role requires a highly experienced, data-driven, and execution-focused professional with strong expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce growth, pharmaceutical branding, and partnership management.
• The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of scalable growth strategies that strengthen market positioning, improve customer engagement, expand strategic partnerships, and accelerate business performance across online retail, pharmacy networks, HMOs, and healthcare ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• A Master’s Degree or relevant professional certifications in Marketing, Growth, Digital Strategy, or Business Management is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years’ progressive experience in growth, marketing, business development, or commercial leadership roles.
• At least 3–5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience driving growth within healthcare, pharmaceutical, e-commerce, or technology-driven organisations.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, market expansion, partnership management, and revenue growth.
• Experience managing strategic healthcare partnerships, including HMOs and pharmacy networks, is highly desirable.

Functional & Technical Competencies:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, and growth analytics.
• Proven expertise in e-commerce strategy and platform growth.
• Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, marketing automation, and performance reporting.
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making capability.
• Excellent project management and execution skills.
• Ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships.

N1,000,000 - N1,500,000 monthly.
