Job Title: Executive Driver / Company Driver

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional, reliable, and safety-conscious Executive Driver / Company Driver to provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services to the CEO while also supporting the company's day-to-day transportation and logistics needs.
• The ideal candidate must be responsible, well-presented, and capable of serving as both an Executive Driver to the CEO and a dependable Company Driver supporting the organization's operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport the CEO to and from meetings, project sites, airports, business engagements, and other assigned destinations.
• Ensure punctuality and adherence to schedules and appointments.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism while carrying out assigned duties
• Support project operations by transporting personnel and materials to project locations when required.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips and promptly report any vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance/mechanical concerns.
• Ensure assigned vehicles are clean and properly maintained at all times.
• Coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Ensure all vehicle documents, licenses, insurance, and permits remain valid and up to date.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel consumption records, and maintenance reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years' proven driving experience as an Executive Driver or Corporate Driver.
• Good knowledge of Lagos Road networks and major interstate routes.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
• Ability to pay attention to details.
