We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Product Innovation, Development & Management

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• We’re looking for a visionary leader to drive innovation and manage our evolving product portfolio in a fast-paced digital landscape.

What You’ll Do

• Lead AI-powered product innovation from concept to market
• Champion design thinking, agile experimentation, and rapid prototyping
• Oversee product lifecycle, strategy, and go-to-market execution
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team
• Collaborate with clients and represent us at industry events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Master’s (MBA, MSc in Innovation/Digital Transformation) is a plus
• Relevant certifications (CPM, CSPO, CBAP, PDMA, etc.)

What We’re Looking For:

• 10–15 years in product development/innovation
• Strong background in AI, cloud, and enterprise tech
• Proven success in launching digital products
• Experience with agile, design thinking, and data-driven decision-making
• Strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
