Northwest Petroleum & Gas Company Limited is a Company in the Oil & Gas Sector of the economy with international repute. The Company has vast experience in the importation, supply, distribution, and storage of Petroleum Products and is also actively involved in the official export of Crude Oil from Nigeria being one of the twenty-seven Companies approved by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) for allocation and export of Nigerian Crude Oil. Presently, amongst other facilities, the Company operates two (2) Ultra-Modern Mega Petroleum Products Storage Terminals with a combined capacity of 96.8 million litres certified and duly licensed by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) and an Ultra-Modern Berthing Facility with an International state of the art Fire Fighting and Safety Equipment in the Calabar Free Trade Zone, Cross River State.

Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
We seek thire a highly efficient and productive Motion Graphic Designer.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficient production of high-quality visual assets for print and digital projects, while aligning tthe company’s corporate identity.
Design works may include brochures, advertisements, graphic elements, exhibition booth displays, social media design, templates and cross-departmental designs.
Main Key Responsibilities
Responsible for creating brand concepts internally, in order tpromote the company’s vision, mission statement and brand values within the working core.
Utilizing videsoftware, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D, tdesign and execute captivating motion graphic projects.
Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design tenhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content.
Assist with brand strategy aimed at meeting the company’s overall objectives.
Develop & design graphics for corporate communications internally and externally e.g., press releases, adverts, social design creatives, marketing campaigns, etc.
Support the brand positioning set by the management and generate creative ideas for improving the company’s brand image.
Up tdate with various design software tfulfil material production requests (including brochures, postcards, invitations, e-cards, and event catalogues).
Create, review, edit video, audio, and image content for use within internal and external communication channels, liaising closely with the communications team tensure content is relevant and appropriate
Produce multimedia content in various formats, including, but not limited to: video, podcasts, and infographics.
Manage external graphic design suppliers including print supply companies tensure all required artwork is on budget and tthe required standard.
Prepare audio/vidematerial and distribute via the company’s website, intranet and tother platforms in the formats required.
Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations.
Provide support and back-up tthe other members of the team.
Completion of other tasks as assigned by the supervisors in meeting the departmental objectives

Qualification / Experience
Minimum of BSc Degree
Prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfoliof sample projects.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree with 3 – 5 years’ work experience.
A strong portfoliof graphic design, animation, and motion graphics work.
Highly proficient computer skills, especially with Adobe Creative Suite applications (i.e., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects), any other design software
Sound knowledge and demonstrable experience of creating and managing multimedia content in a range of formats.
Knowledgeable of design practices such as brand development.
Knowledge of videand audiproduction and editing skills.
Experience of social media content creation.
Broad knowledge of current digital communications tools and trends.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
