Required Skills:
Financial Architecture & Modeling: Proven ability to build scalable budget models and financial tracking systems suitable for international auditing standards.
Risk Management: Deep expertise in identifying financial, operational, and regulatory risks within the non-profit sector.

Interpersonal Leadership: High emotional intelligence to mentor executive staff, negotiate with external auditors, and present financial positions clearly to potential institutional donors.
Other Requirements:
Time Commitment: Ability to dedicate approximately 5–8 hours per month for virtual board meetings, committee reviews, and occasional strategic advisory sessions.
Location: Open to candidates nationwide (Nigeria), as digital governance tools will be heavily utilized.

Passion for Social Impact: A genuine commitment to improving water, sanitation, hygiene (WASH), and educational equity for vulnerable women and girls in Nigeria.
